What Is Webooro?

Webooro is a free, browser-based toolkit for everyday digital tasks — image processing, text utilities, PDF conversion, personality quizzes, and casual web games. No installation. No account. Just open the page and use it.

The idea started from a specific frustration. I needed to resize a product photo for an online listing, count the characters in a description to stay under the platform limit, and tidy up a JSON response I'd copied from a browser console. Each job meant searching for yet another website — and every time, I hesitated before uploading my own photos to a site I knew nothing about.

These are simple operations, and I figured I wasn't the only person who felt this way. So I built a page that did them right in the browser, kept adding the small tools I found myself searching for, and eventually it turned into Webooro.

The image, PDF and text tools run entirely inside your browser, so the files you pick are not uploaded to a server. (The IP tools and the Korean child growth report are the exceptions: they need a lookup or a calculation, and they are described on the privacy page.)

  Every single tool works immediately. No sign-up, no email, no paywall. Just open the page and use it.

  Core tools will always remain free. We keep the lights on through non-intrusive ads (Google AdSense). No premium tiers, no hidden fees.

  We keep dependencies minimal. Pages load quickly, and tools respond instantly — because slow software is frustrating software.

What We Offer

Language Support

Webooro is available in both Korean (한국어) and English. The site automatically detects your region and serves the appropriate language. You can always switch languages using the toggle at the top of any page.

Tool descriptions, guides and FAQs are prepared separately for each language rather than shown through automatic translation. Some content, like the child growth report based on Korean growth charts, is available in Korean only.

Behind the Site

Most tools here started as something I wanted for myself. The newest one, the child growth report, began at home: while measuring my own kids' heights, I wondered how they compared with other children their age and how tall they might grow. I guessed other parents had the same question, so I built a calculator based on the official Korean growth charts.

Webooro is still a young site run by one person. I can't watch how every tool is used, so I rely on messages to learn what's confusing or broken.

Who Runs This?

Webooro is an independent, one-person project run from South Korea by Jeff. I started it in March 2026, and I write the tools, the guides and the FAQs myself. It is not affiliated with any company and has no outside investors.
